 We would like to inform you about early courier collections on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, December 23rd
  • Tuesday, December 31st (New Year's Eve)
On these days, same-day dispatch will only be guaranteed for orders placed before 10:00 AM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Options and Costs

UK Mainland Deliveries:

  • FREE Delivery:
    • Orders over £15 are shipped FREE using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service. Tracking is provided once the shipping label is created.
    • For orders over £30, customers can choose FREE delivery from Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked, DPD, or Hermes. Tracking is provided once the shipping label is created.
  • Paid Delivery: Orders under £15 can choose between Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked, 48 Hour Tracked services, DPD or Hermes, with costs displayed at checkout.

International Deliveries:

  • Tracked delivery services are available for the EU and Rest of the World.

Delivery Process

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is dispatched, we'll send you another email with tracking information, so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Our deliveries are handled by trusted couriers, and we aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All orders placed by 1pm Mon-Friday will be dispatched same day.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid any return of your order to us.

Returns
